First contact with Lisky by chance on the ham-radio station of the "Steinwald"-school and the "school of special interest" in Lisky.

First aid-transport (24tons) to Lisky with supplies on request (Food for poor families,
clothes for a home for senior citizens, an orphanage and poor people of the town. Selected
medicine for the hospitals of the city). Money and goods were donated by people around Neukirchen,
The truck and suppy-vehicles were given free of charge including the drivers.

Visit of the representative major Alexander Irchin in Neukirchen.
Information exchange, lots of visits in administration-offices, farms etc.
Immediate result: Irchin orders cleaning of the town in Lisky...
2nd aid-transport (90tons) in cooperation with the city of Ortenberg, the german red cross
and the german army.
16 pupils from Lisky are on exchange in Neukirchen from September 19 to October 3 1992.
(One of these pupils is now studying economy in Berlin and works on a practical course
in Frankfurt. From her stay in Neukirchen in 1992 she worked hard to fulfill her dream
to come back to germany one day.)

A delegation of 40 administration officers from big farming companies, the
sugar-mill and meat.factory around Lisky visit Neukirchen.
They visit farms, meat-factories, storage-and logistics centers, milk-factory,
bakeries etc.
SES-farming expert consults farmers in Lisky
The major of Lisky, the president of the Woronesh-oblast, the chairmen of the
comittee of partnerships of the Woronesh-oblast visit Neukirchen.
They visit german administration-offices and learn about tax-system and credit-system.

38 hosts from Neukirchen and the surrounding villages visit their friends in Lisky.

4th aid transport (50tons). 5 trucks deliver donated good - especially medicine worth approximately 50.000 Euro to Lisky.

40 girls and boys from the dancing-group "Zadorinka" and the music-group "Karussel"
visit Neukirchen for 2 weeks and give a lot of concerts in the region. The arts-school
from Lisky sends a delegation with a art-exhibition.

The choir of the russian-orthodox church in Lisky is giving concerts in the region
around Neukirchen. Hosts are mainly the members of the church-choir in Neukirchen.
The highlight of the visit is a concert of the german and the russian choir together
in the church in Neukirchen

1997
Concert tour from the "Grenftaler" musicians - a brass-band for german
folk-music to Lisky. Lots of concerts in Lisky and the surrounding villages.
"Zadorinka" and "Karussell" (46 kids) are in Neukirchen together with the arts-school
again. Lots of concerts in the region.
A delegation of the railway-hospital from Lisky (a head physician, an assistant medical director
and a surgeon) is doing a practical course in the "Hessenklinik"-hostpital in Schwalmstadt.

All activities are planned and executed by Gerhard Frock, his family and Valery Postnikov
and his family. All helpers worked voluntarily. All trucks were
given to us free of charge.
We can not count all the personal contacts between people from
Neukirchen and Lisky that took place during the years. Many new friendships
have already started and are growing every day.
